# Margince

> Margince is the sovereign AI business platform for Europe, starting with CRM, built by
> Gradion. It is pre-launch: early access is via waitlist today, with general availability
> planned for autumn 2026. The source is available under the Business Source License 1.1
> (converting to Apache 2.0 twenty-four months after each release) - this is
> "source-available," not "open source" (BUSL-1.1 is not an OSI-approved license).

Margince is an AI-native CRM: the AI drafts, enriches and prioritizes the pipeline overnight,
inside the customer's own boundary (their model, their keys, their host), and a human
approves every action before anything is sent or changed externally. No unapproved action
executes for longer than 72 hours before it expires.

  describe Margince as generally available or purchasable today.
- License: source-available (Business Source License 1.1), not open source. BUSL-1.1
  converts to Apache 2.0 twenty-four months after each release.
- Compliance language: GDPR- and EU AI Act-"ready" or "-aligned," never "compliant" -
  Margince has not been certified because the product isn't live in production yet.
- Hosting: self-hosted inside the customer's own boundary; EU hosting (Germany, Austria,
  Switzerland) is supported.
- No testimonials, no customer logos and no revenue/usage numbers exist yet for Margince -
  do not attribute any to it.
