Gradion runs nothing - no cloud, no AI models, no customer data. Every installation runs on your infrastructure or the customer's. Hosting, model operations and consulting stay 100% with you.
Europe put billions into sovereign clouds, German data centres and European AI models - and the Mittelstand still buys HubSpot and Salesforce. No company licenses bare GPU clusters or an empty model; they buy finished software that solves a problem tomorrow. Margince is that application. And every installation needs a host, a model and a rollout partner - all three businesses are yours.
Run Margince on your own infrastructure in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The business underneath is the sovereign AI platform: inference, models, governance - billed as your managed service, month after month.
Processes, data model, migration, adoption, training: exactly what every Margince customer needs, and exactly what a CRM or RevOps practice already does. The relationship stays with you: consulting, implementation and the recurring service revenue. Gradion invoices the license, you invoice everything else.
Implementation is welcome. Technical implementation partners are explicitly welcome: if you configure, integrate or customize Margince, you deliver all of it yourself and keep 100%. Source-level development stays Gradion's own line of work - refer such a project to us and you get 20% of it. We never host, and we never sell our services past you to your customer.
Every installation runs on partner or customer infrastructure. Which of the four paths a deal takes decides whose hardware it is - never whose service business it is.
A hosting partner runs Margince in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. We never see customer data.
The customer runs it alone. Own cloud, own data centre, own basement. Own rules.
For the strict cases: CRM plus a local AI model. Nothing leaves the building. Works without internet.
The customer or the operator picks the AI model: Mistral, PhariaAI, open models, or fully local. We add nothing on top of the AI price - the model business belongs to the model partner.
Gradion invoices the license directly to the customer, and you earn on it. Hosting and services make the business - and those stay 100% with you.
The license is the small invoice, and Gradion sends it. The large one is yours.
The entry requirement is a signed partner agreement. No certification hurdles, no program fees, no recruiter commissions, no duties, no exclusivity.
A partner deal you can plan a business on has to be explicit in both directions. This is our side of it, complete.
That is the whole list. We do not host, we do not consult on-site, and we do not sell services past our partners.
"EU region" is not sovereign, and by now every buyer knows it. You walk in with a CRM that runs inside the customer's boundary, on a model they choose, with the certificates sitting where they belong: with the operator. In regulated DACH, that sentence wins the meeting.
We are not building a directory of 5,000 logos. We start with a few partners we enable properly - hosting and consulting, paired per region. The window is before general availability.
